One row per cited source. A build-time script submits each original URL once to the Wayback Machine and to archive.today, then writes both snapshot URLs and the capture date back against the figure. This is the page a fact-checker lands on to confirm a number was said, on the date claimed, by the source claimed — whether or not the original page still exists.
